AC power supplies
Programmable AC power supplies, regenerative grid emulators and frequency converters. Basically all terms we use to designate instrumentation to simulate the voltage grid. TTMS now has 7 different suppliers and a particularly extensive range to provide you with the right solution for your application.
This ranges from simple AC power supplies for simulating a clean grid at 50 and 60 Hz to the more extensive power supplies with frequencies up to 5kHz and extensive possibilities for creating defined grid contamination according to IEC 61000 standards, avionics standards, industrial standards and also military standards.
Also consider more extreme mains simulations with different phase angles between the phases and L-L voltages up to 760Vrms. And that at power ratings up to 1.2MVA+.
To simplify the selection, we have distinguished between single-phase and three-phase AC power supplies. In addition, you have AC power supplies with an arbitrary waveform generator for creating voltage dips, harmonics and interharmonic distortions.
Regenerative AC power supplies are also particularly suitable for testing AC motors and solar inverters where the load can therefore also feed energy back into the grid. There are also a number of solutions for portable applications.
