The Itech IT-M3200 High Precision DC power supplies are part of the versatile IT-M3000 series. These ultra compact DC power supplies house a lot of power and precision in a very compact housing of ½ wide 19″ rack module of 1U high. The IT-M3200 is available in a 100W, 200W and 360W version with a voltage and current range of 0-60Vdc and 0-10A. Characteristic for this high precision power supply is the programmable resolution of 1mV and 1 mA, the 10 nA measuring resolution and stability. In addition, the power supplies are protected against OVP/OCP/OTP/OPP/UVP/UCP.
To meet current measurement needs from the Ampere to microampere level, the IT-M3200 offers a multi-level range (Low/Middle/High/Auto). Striking is the 10 nA resolution of the current measurement in the low, 100uA range. This feature makes the IT-M3200 suitable for 5G testing, for portable devices and other low power products. The LIST function offers the possibility to define voltage and/or current forms with adjustable rise and fall times. These high precision power supplies support various communication protocols including, CANOPEN, LXI, SCPI. Optionally there are five types of interfaces available remote control via: RS232, CAN, LAN, GPIB, USB_TMC, USB_VCP, RS485 and analog.
Due to its modular design and Itech’s patented technology for side ventilation, the IT-M3200 is easily stackable without additional accessories. For example, multiple power supplies can also be used on the test benches of design engineers for testing and developing electronic designs and in ATE set-ups.

To test these systems we have acquired two Cinergia GE/EL +120kVA eplus units capable of doing grid emulation (AC + DC), operating as an electronic load (AC +DC) and being a battery emulator.
