We have LCR meters with fixed frequency steps, units with frequencies that can be adjusted without restriction, and units with a frequency sweep. Using the impedance analyzer, it is even possible to make bode diagrams of, for example, transformers or filters. All of these with frequency ranges of 10μHz to 50MHz.
