Neware 5000 series

The Neware CT/CE-5000 series consists of three models for testing battery cells and battery modules. Each model features four current ranges, enabling highly accurate measurements, even at lower current levels. The sampling frequency in the CT/CE-5000 series is higher than in the CT/CE-4000 series, making these units more suitable for measuring the dynamic behavior of the battery cell or module. Thanks to the regenerative design of these units, they are ideal for endurance testing, resulting in significant savings on energy costs.

The number of channels depends on the configuration you require. For each channel, you can program a charge/discharge cycle with up to 254 independent values. The measured values can be stored in internal memory (max 1GB/ch) or, of course, on the PC. Programming these cycles is extremely simple using the included BTS software. The software also allows you to configure all protection settings, such as maximum charge voltage, maximum discharge voltage, maximum charge current, maximum discharge current, maximum capacity, and optionally maximum temperature.

If you need a higher sampling rate and current response time for your application, take a look at Neware’s CT-9000 series. This series is available in 2-channel and 8-channel configurations. We also have a model in the CE-6000 series. Model CE-6006-Pro-6V1200A with a maximum current of 1200A and a minimum pulse width of 10 msec.
