The Yokogawa WT500 Power Analyzer is an advanced measurement instrument that offers a combination of precision and ease of use for accurate measurements of power, voltage, current and harmonic signals. Designed for versatile applications in manufacturing environments, research and development facilities, and power management, the WT500 delivers reliable results with high accuracy.
With a basic accuracy of ±0.1% and a frequency range of DC to 100 kHz, the WT500 is capable of very detailed measurements, making it ideal for a variety of energy and power analyses. This device can measure voltages up to 1000 Vrms and currents up to 40 Arms without external current transformers, providing simple and direct measurements.
The WT500 provides real-time monitoring and data collection, where an update rate can be set from 100 ms to 5 seconds. This enables fast measurement cycles, ideal for applications such as production and quality control. The 5.7-inch TFT color display provides a clear and detailed overview of numerical values, waveforms, trends and other views, which can be easily customized to meet measurement needs.
One of the key features of the WT500 is its ability to simultaneously measure AC and DC signals, which is crucial for analyzing renewable energy sources such as solar power. The device is equipped with advanced integration functions for evaluating charged and discharged energy, as well as purchased and sold electricity in photovoltaic power generation systems. This makes it a valuable tool in energy efficiency analysis and energy consumption management.
The WT500 is available in configurations with one, two or three inputs, suitable for measuring different phases and complex loads.
The Yokogawa WT500 also supports harmonic measurements up to the 50th harmonic with the optional /G5 harmonic measurement function. This allows voltage, current and power, as well as harmonic components, to be measured simultaneously. This makes the WT500 particularly suitable for applications such as power quality testing and fault analysis in networks and electrical systems.
Data can be easily stored via USB or on a 20 MB internal memory. Thanks to multiple communication options, such as USB, Ethernet and optional GP-IB, the WT500 can be easily integrated into an existing data collection system for further processing or analysis. The user-friendly interface makes setting measurement parameters and performing complex measurements easier, even for less experienced users.
