The Spectrum M5i.33xx-x16 series digitizer cards are Spectrum’s latest series of PCIe digitizer cards. They have a resolution of 12-bit and a maximum sample rate of 10GS/sec. Depending on the model, you have one or two channels. Up to eight M5i.33xx cards can be synchronized in one system.
All cards in the M5i.33xx series have 2GSample on board memory as standard. This is optionally expandable to 8GSample memory. In FIFO mode, it is possible to simultaneously transfer data to PC memory and read in new data. Due to the PCI-x16 interface, this can be done with a maximum data transfer rate of 12.8GB/sec. For applications requiring high speed data processing, Spectrum has the SCAPP option (Spectrum CUDA GPU based data processing). For block averaging, by the way, there is a standard firmware option. There is also an optional four-channel digital pulse generator available through the four I/O channels that allows pulses to be output in synchronization with the analog data acquisition.

Software
A comprehensive package of software support comes with all digitizers. Drivers for Windows and Linux operating systems (32-bit and 64-bit) are included. Sample programs and drivers for MATLAB (Windows and Linux), C/C++, LabVIEW (Windows), LabWindows/CVI, IVI, .NET, Visual Basic, Delphi and Python are available. And a basic license of the Spectrum software SBench 6.
