Flexibility in test capabilities

The IT8200 supports both AC and DC loads and offers operating modes such as constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), constant resistance (CR) and constant power modes (CP and CS). With 14 preset circuit emulations in AC mode, including RLC configurations and rectifier circuits, users can simulate realistic conditions for a variety of devices such as solar inverters, EV chargers, UPS systems and grid-connected energy storage systems.

The IT8200 series offers output power up to 960 kVA via master-slave parallel connections. With a compact design in 1U, 2U and 3U configurations, a single unit can load up to 15 kVA. The widely adjustable voltage and current ranges make it suitable for a wide range of applications, with input voltages up to 606 Vac (L-L) and ±500 Vdc.

With integrated measurement functionalities, the IT8200 can analyse up to 16 parameters simultaneously, including Vrms, Arms, THD and crest factor (CF). The device supports harmonic analysis up to 50th order, making it ideal for EMC compliance testing. With a built-in oscilloscope function and data logging of up to 7 hours, the IT8200 offers detailed test results.

The IT8200 features a bright touchscreen for intuitive operation. Communication options include LAN, USB, CAN, RS232 and optional GPIB, making integration into existing test systems easy.
