Itech IT-N6900 compact and programmable DC power supply

The Itech IT-N6900 series are available in power ratings of 800W and 1,500W where there is a choice of selecting a voltage range up to 60V or 150V. In the IT-N6900, Itech combines a linear design with a switching design. The advantages are a compact power supply with high stability under varying loads and high precision and purity of voltage and current. The IT-N6900’s low noise level for voltage and current is ≤3mVrms and ≤9mArms, respectively. These DC power supplies are also equipped with 2 current ranges allowing resolution up to 1uA

Data analysis and sequence programming

The IT-N6900 is equipped with a real-time trend analysis function. Voltage, current and power can be conveniently observed through a detailed graphical display for long time intervals. This data can be stored at pre-selected time intervals for subsequent analysis of tests. Here, the large and clear high-definition screen provides exceptional ease of use.

Another useful addition built into the IT-N6900 is the easy construction of DC voltage sequences. 1 sequence can contain up to 100 steps, allowing the user to choose the desired voltage and current levels and vary them as a function of time. To eliminate current overshoot, the IT-N6900 features a Constant Current priority function. In turn, the Constant Voltage priority function allows faster voltage rise times to less than 30ms under full load. Furthermore, the IT-N6900 is equipped with all possible safety functions such as OVP/UVP/OCP/OPP/OTP and Foldback protection to prevent damage to the power supply or test object.

Automation

The IT-N6900 series can also be automatically controlled and supports SCPI commands and LabVIEW drivers. For this, several communication ports such as USB,LAN and Digital IO are provided as standard. Optional GPIB, RS232 or Analog Input/Output can also be chosen. The IT-N6900 can not only be used smoothly in automated production environments, but is also an excellent asset for researchers and developers in various laboratories.
