Cinergia SiC-RS Plug & Play Cabinet

Cinergia presents the new SiC-RS Plug & Play Cabinet: a fully integrated, ready-to-use test solution for modern power electronics. The system combines all essential components into a single pre-wired test bench, eliminating installation complexity and allowing users to be up and running in minutes.

Fully integrated test system

The cabinet supports the entire range of SiC-RS(e) AC/DC units, including GE, EL, and GE&EL variants, and can be optionally equipped with an isolation transformer and a protection/measurement/interface module. This module forms the heart of the safety and measurement structure, featuring a large Emergency Power Off button and an integrated MCB that detects overcurrent and immediately shuts down the system. Additionally, the front panel provides direct access to AC and DC measurements, Ethernet connectivity for remote control, and status LEDs for real-time feedback.

Flexible and scalable

The system is available in 24U, 36U, and 42U rack sizes and supports both single and multiple configurations. The SiC units are available in 22 kW and 30 kW versions, enabling a wide range of setups—from six independent 10 kW channels to a three-phase 60 kW system in parallel mode. The robust industrial enclosure with a reinforced structure and integrated casters makes the cabinet suitable for both R&D environments and industrial test setups.
