Meatest M151 current calibrator

Current calibrator up to 120A or 3000A.
With the M151 current calibrator, MEATEST has further expanded its line of calibration standards. With a current up to 120 amps, at a basic accuracy of 0.035%, this current calibrator is suitable for various applications. For example, for the calibration of ampere meters, shunts or as a stable current source for precision measurements. The M151 can be used in 8 current ranges from 8 mA to 120A for both DC and AC currents. The frequency range is adjustable from 15 Hz to 1 kHz.

The M151 can also function as a current amplifier to extend the output range of a multifunction calibrator, for example, simulating the so-called transconductance current amplifier. Furthermore, the Meatest M151 is suitable for the calibration of power meters where amplitude, frequency and phase can be synchronised. Using the optional M151-25 current coil, AC current clamps can also be calibrated up to 3000Amp.

A large TFT colour display provides a clear overview of all settings and functions, where the current uncertainty of the output signal can be read continuously. Use and operation, partly due to the clear menu structure, can be called simple.
The RS232 and GPIB interface makes the M151 suitable for application in an automated test or calibration setup.
