Newtons4th Ltd. (abbreviated as N4L) was founded in 1997 to provide customers innovative technologies and sophisticated analysis of accurate, easy-to-use measuring equipment at a lower cost price than equivalent instruments.
Product flexibility and the incentive to provide customers their desired solutions, resulted in the development of several innovative features in the ever-growing product line. Early 2015, N4L relocated their state-of-the-art development and manufacturing facility to the vicinity of Leicester Centre, England. The new venue encompasses over 2,040 m² (22.050 Ft²) and has a special ‘clean’ production area with environmental control. One section of the new building is assigned to the accredited calibration laboratory.
N4L’s product portfolio includes:
– Power Analyzers – Frequency Response Analyzers – Selective Level Meters – Laboratory Power Amplifiers
The name ‘Newton’ (Sir Isaac) is synonym for the understanding of physical principles. His well-known three laws of nature are so straightforward and obvious, that they are easy to learn and apply. However, they also provide the means to analyze the movement of complex systems. The fourth law for innovation is to build on what has been previously determined.
Newtons4th – innovation based on established fundamental principles Newtons4th Ltd. is registered ISO9001, the internationally recognized standard for the quality management of businesses. In recognition of the technical innovation and commercial success of the PPA series, N4L was rewarded the ‘Innovation 2010’ Queen award for companies.

ABB
"The ABB Power Grids Jumet organisation is an innovative development and production facility of ABB that manufactures active filters and battery energy storage systems to support a stable grid. To test these systems we have acquired two Cinergia GE/EL +120kVA eplus units capable of doing grid emulation (AC + DC), operating as an electronic load (AC +DC) and being a battery emulator. We have experienced very good support from TTMS in obtaining these two Cinergia units. This included organising an on-site demonstration and supplying loan systems prior to the delivery of our final systems. This way we could start testing as early as possible. TTMS also organised training for the operators from the original manufacturer. This support allowed us to introduce the first battery energy storage systems even prior to the full delivery of the Cinergia systems."

“At the Energy and Environment department of the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) of the University of Luxembourg we do have different research projects related to green energy contributing to the development of eco-cities. As a long-standing partner of our research unit, TT&MS has proven that they are able to answer even the most complex questions in a professional manner. They have shown that they are always up to date with the latest technology and do not spare any effort to look at the application and even the situation on site. The exchange of ideas was always very pleasant and took place quickly. We look forward to further years of fruitful cooperation.”
