TTi PSA 5 series spectrum analyzers are not part of TTMS’ product range. We would like to refer you to Rohde&Schwarz’s alternative, the R&S FPH.
The TTi PSA 5 series of handheld spectrum analyzers are an extension to the TTi PSA series II spectrum analyzers. The PSA 5 series consists of 2 versions: the PSA3605, which has a frequency range of 1 MHz to 3600MHz, and the PSA6005, with a frequency range of 1 MHz to 6000MHz. Band width resolution is 300Hz to 10MHz. The minimum span is 270kHz; with AM/FM demodulation the span is zero. The units also feature a built-in loudspeaker to play the modulated audio signal.
The PSA 5 units have a 4.3″ TFT display. This makes it possible to clearly distinguish different waveforms by means of different colors. The menus are limited to 3 levels in order to make clear control possible.
The PSA 5 series also has standard smart markers for finding peaks and tracking signal levels. The PSA3605 and PSA6005 are equipped with a Li-ion battery that allows up to 8 hours of continuous operation. Obviously, it can also be used on the workbench via an AC adapter. Charging the battery only takes three hours.
There is 2GB of internal memory available for storing thousands of waveforms, settings and screen images.
Data storage on a USB memory stick is also possible. Besides this USB port, there is also a USB port for connection to a PC available. Comprehensive PC software is included free of charge.
With the UO2 option, the functionality of the PSA3600 and PSA6000 is extended once again with the possibility of data logging, automatic measurements such as CP/ACCR / OBW, pass/fail testing on limit lines and limit patterns, etc.

ABB
"The ABB Power Grids Jumet organisation is an innovative development and production facility of ABB that manufactures active filters and battery energy storage systems to support a stable grid. To test these systems we have acquired two Cinergia GE/EL +120kVA eplus units capable of doing grid emulation (AC + DC), operating as an electronic load (AC +DC) and being a battery emulator. We have experienced very good support from TTMS in obtaining these two Cinergia units. This included organising an on-site demonstration and supplying loan systems prior to the delivery of our final systems. This way we could start testing as early as possible. TTMS also organised training for the operators from the original manufacturer. This support allowed us to introduce the first battery energy storage systems even prior to the full delivery of the Cinergia systems."

“At the Energy and Environment department of the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) of the University of Luxembourg we do have different research projects related to green energy contributing to the development of eco-cities. As a long-standing partner of our research unit, TT&MS has proven that they are able to answer even the most complex questions in a professional manner. They have shown that they are always up to date with the latest technology and do not spare any effort to look at the application and even the situation on site. The exchange of ideas was always very pleasant and took place quickly. We look forward to further years of fruitful cooperation.”
