The TTI-10 handheld thermometer from Isotech is a high accuracy hand temperature indicator with two platinum resistance thermometer inputs. The high precision makes the instrument particularly suitable as a portable reference thermometer for use alongside Isotech temperature calibrators such as the Fast-Cal, Isocal-6 and Dry Block series. It is also suitable for high-accuracy measurements in industrial and scientific applications. The TTI-10 brings laboratory level performance up to 10mK (0.01°C) and resolution up to 0.001°C in a portable handheld instrument. Battery life is 20 hours of a 9V PP3 battery and a protective rubber sleeve provides protection in the field.
The instrument can measure the minimum, maximum and average values up to 4000 measurements. This with a Logging rate selectable in the range from 1 second to 30 minutes.
The TTI-10 has an easy to use “learning calibration mode”. This calibrates the TTI-10 as a system with a platinum resistance thermometer, simply by making a comparison with a calibrated standard thermometer. There is no need to calculate coefficients: just enter the temperature or temperatures of the reference probe and the TTI-10 does the work for you.
The USB interface allows connection to Isotech Cal. Notepad software includes map and logging functions. The TTI-10 handheld supports Isotech Semi Standard Platinum Resistance Probes with system uncertainties (probe and instrument) as low as 20mK.
