The Spectrum MC.61xx series is replaced by the M4X.66xx series arbitrary waveform generators.
The Spectrum MC.61xx Series arbitrary waveform generators are 8-bit digital to analogue converters in a CompactPCI 6U format. There are 2 different versions with 2 and 4 channels and sample speeds up to 125MS/sec. Up to 16 cards can be synchronized in one system. All cards in the MC.61xx series have a maximum of 512MSample on board memory. In FIFO mode, it is also possible to stream data from PC memory to the memory of the MC.61xx card.

All Spectrum arbitrary waveform cards also have features such as Multiple replay (segmented memory), Gated replay and sequence mode. There are extensive trigger possibilities such as pulse width triggering and external triggering.
The MC.61xx cards come with an extensive package of software support. Drivers for Windows and Linux operating systems (32-bit and 64-bit) are included. Example programs and drivers for C/C+++, LabVIEW (Windows), MATLAB (Windows and Linux), LabWindows/CVI, IVI, NET, Delphi, Visual Basic and Python are available. A basic licence of the Spectrum software SBench 6 is standard included.
