This R&S HMC8012 Digital Multimeter is equipped with a 5¾ digit display. At the same time, three measured values such as DC, AC, and statistics can be displayed. The HMC8012 can carry out up to 200 measurements per second and has a high basic accuracy of 0.015 %.
Twelve measurement functions are available: DCV, DCI, True RMS, ACV and ACI, Frequency, 2- and 4-wire resistance measurement, Capacity, Contact measurement, Diode testing, Temperature and Power. The crystal clear color TFT display ensures excellent readability.
True RMS AC measurements can be carried out over a wide bandwidth. Using the mathematical functions, limit values can be tested and averages, offset, DC power, dB and dBm can be measured. Logged data can be stored internally or on a USB stick.
The USB TMC / -VCP, LAN / LXI and optional GPIB interface allow logging and control of the instrument.

"The ABB Power Grids Jumet organisation is an innovative development and production facility of ABB that manufactures active filters and battery energy storage systems to support a stable grid. To test these systems we have acquired two Cinergia GE/EL +120kVA eplus units capable of doing grid emulation (AC + DC), operating as an electronic load (AC +DC) and being a battery emulator. We have experienced very good support from TTMS in obtaining these two Cinergia units. This included organising an on-site demonstration and supplying loan systems prior to the delivery of our final systems. This way we could start testing as early as possible. TTMS also organised training for the operators from the original manufacturer.
