The Isotech Quick Cal testers are ideal for the less demanding applications where our larger, better specified baths are not required.
The low temperature Quick Cal covers the temperature range from -12°C to +140°C, making it ideal for the medical, sterilization and food industries. The high temperature Quick Cal covers the temperature range from 30°C to 350°C.
Both have interchangeable inserts, so you don’t have to buy a different calibrator every time you find a new temperature sensor to calibrate.
The low temperature Quick Cal is particularly interesting because it can run on a small 12 volt battery, making it portable, alternatively a mains power supply is available with 100V – 240V, 50/60Hz input. The low temperature Quick Cal comes complete with two inserts. A blank and a drilled 6.8 mm diameter 120 mm deep. Alternatively, Isotech can also supply pre-drilled inserts to meet your requirements. Each calibration well is 13 mm diameter and 120 mm deep.
The high temperature Quick Cal has a single larger well. and interchangeable inserts, 25mm in diameter at 120mm Deep. Blanks and other special bores are available from Isotech. The high temperature Quick Cal is available with 100-130V AC, or 200-250V AC, 50/60Hz.
The Quick Cal manual contains useful advice on how to get the best out of your calibrator. Accessories for the above include a carrying case, alternative inserts and a rechargeable battery for the low temperature Fast Cal.
