IET SR SERIES PRIMARY RESISTORS

IET continues the production of the IET SR Series Primary Resistors with the IET SR102, SR103, SR104 according to the same high specification of ESI. The IET SR102, SR103 and SR104 are very stable (± 0.5 ppm/year) and accurate (1 ppm), 100 Ω, 1 kOhm, 10k resistance standards. The SR102, SR103 and SR104 standards are for five-terminal measurements for standard resistance and temperature sensor measurements. Individual calibration data, with standard deviation and temperature characteristics, will be supplied with each unit. In addition, each unit is equipped with a thermal source so you will know what the exact temperature of the resistance standard is. This allows the user to take very accurate temperature compensated measurements.

ESI IET SR102 100 Ω PRIMARY RESISTANCE STANDARD

The resistance standards are design is to provide the important link between the rather odd Quantum Hall resistance values and traditional resistance decad values. 100 Ω provides unique reference capability.

ESI IET SR103 1000 Ω PRIMARY RESISTOR STANDARD

The development of this new resistance stnadard is to extend the scope of the primary standards.

ESI SR104 10 KQ PRIMARY RESISTANCE STANDARD

This is the long-standing industry standard for 10 kQ. This standard is the benchmark for high accuracy, stability and low temperature coefficients for the calibrations to be traceable to national standards (NMI).

IET SR SERIES

The IET SR102, SR103, SR104 precision transportable resistance stands are five-terminal resistance stands. They are filled with oil, hermetically sealed, developed for precision bench top or oil bath applications.

The long-term stability of these resistance standards is typically less than 0.2 ppm per year. Temperature coefficients are less than 0.1 ppm per degree Celsius. This excellent long-term stability and low temperature coefficient can be achieved by matched groups of resistors made of Evanohm-R alloy. The resulting low temperature coefficient makes high quality applications of these standards indoors or outdoors precisely controlled temperatures.
