The IET GenRad 1620-A Capacity Bridge is a stand-alone unit of the 1615-A Capacitance Bridge with suitable oscillator and zero detector for measurements at 11 frequencies between 50 Hz and 10 kHz. For applications requiring different or higher frequencies, up to 100 kHz, the 1615-A Bridge can be supplied separately and the oscillator and detector selected to suit your needs.
The 1615-A Capacitance Bridge brings the measurement of the capacitance, the comparison of the standard, and the measurement of the dielectric properties. A special degree of accuracy, precision, range and convenience. The high accuracy is achieved by the use of precisely wound transformer arms and very stable. Standards manufactured from Invar and hermetically sealed in dry nitrogen. For the calibration of these standards can be compared.
Accurate three-time measurements can be made even in the presence of earthing capacities as large as 1 μF, as one might encounter with the unknown connected by long cables. The bridge has the necessary internal shielding to ground one terminal of the unknown capacitor directly, so true two- and three-time measurements can both be made over the entire capacitance range.
The elementary scheme 1615-A is also clearly delineated on the front panel of the bridge. Changes in connections and terrains are indicated automatically if you switch the bridge clamps for different measuring conditions. Range Extension up to 11.1 F – With the Range Extension Capacitor 1615-P1, the 1615-A will measure up to a maximum of 11,11110 F. This capacitor is connected to the bridge terminal blocks front panel and can be adjusted for calibration according to the bridge standards.

ABB
"The ABB Power Grids Jumet organisation is an innovative development and production facility of ABB that manufactures active filters and battery energy storage systems to support a stable grid. To test these systems we have acquired two Cinergia GE/EL +120kVA eplus units capable of doing grid emulation (AC + DC), operating as an electronic load (AC +DC) and being a battery emulator. We have experienced very good support from TTMS in obtaining these two Cinergia units. This included organising an on-site demonstration and supplying loan systems prior to the delivery of our final systems. This way we could start testing as early as possible. TTMS also organised training for the operators from the original manufacturer. This support allowed us to introduce the first battery energy storage systems even prior to the full delivery of the Cinergia systems."

“At the Energy and Environment department of the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) of the University of Luxembourg we do have different research projects related to green energy contributing to the development of eco-cities. As a long-standing partner of our research unit, TT&MS has proven that they are able to answer even the most complex questions in a professional manner. They have shown that they are always up to date with the latest technology and do not spare any effort to look at the application and even the situation on site. The exchange of ideas was always very pleasant and took place quickly. We look forward to further years of fruitful cooperation.”
