The Chroma 1911 is designed to measure the leakage current, insulation resistance, capacitance, induction, impedance, quality factor, distortion factor and phase angle of large electrolytic capacitors. The 1911 model offers the best test solution with a data record function. An average user has been waiting a long time for the leakage current test. The 1911 can increase productivity eight times by testing eight capacitors simultaneously. An alarm will indicate the end of the test by an acoustic signal. In the meantime, the operating personnel process other operations to increase the time efficiency in testing.
The system is a aluminum electrolytic capacitor with high capacitance designed for measuring LC and C/D/Z/ESR. It provides the best test solution to high capacity electrolytic capacitor with data record function. The screen consists of DUT model number and lot number information. The software will automatically bring out DUT test specifications which includes LC test voltage, Dwell time, current limit and C/D/Z/ESR value. Count Pass/Fail ratio at the lowermost of main program for analysis convenience of production line engineer.
On the screen you can enter information with the type number and lot number. The software will automatically retrieve the correct test specifications.

"The ABB Power Grids Jumet organisation is an innovative development and production facility of ABB that manufactures active filters and battery energy storage systems to support a stable grid. To test these systems we have acquired two Cinergia GE/EL +120kVA eplus units capable of doing grid emulation (AC + DC), operating as an electronic load (AC +DC) and being a battery emulator.
