Aim-TTi has recently renewed the TG1010. The Aim-TTi TG1010A function generator has everything you could wish for; Standard waveforms such as sine, square, triangle, ramp and pulse up to 10MHz. In addition, you can easily create any waveform in the arbritrary waveform memory. This with a maximum resolution of 10-bit and a frequency of 27.84MHz. Waveforms such as sin x/x and exponential rise and fall time are already pre-programmed. By means of the optional Waveform manager plus the software it is possible to create any desired waveform.
There are also various modulation options. AM (amplitude modulation), FSK (frequency shift keying) and VCA (voltage controlled amplitude) are standard. Trigger/Burst is possible with a maximum number of cycles of 1023. Gated output and sweep are also possible. By means of phase looking, multiple generators can be linked to each other. Standard the generator has an RS232 interface and optionally a GPIB interface is available. As you can see, an extremely complete generator.

"The ABB Power Grids Jumet organisation is an innovative development and production facility of ABB that manufactures active filters and battery energy storage systems to support a stable grid. To test these systems we have acquired two Cinergia GE/EL +120kVA eplus units capable of doing grid emulation (AC + DC), operating as an electronic load (AC +DC) and being a battery emulator.
