Quantum Data 802BT video generator is replaced by the 780C, 804 and the 980R

The Quantum Data 802BT is a video test generator specifically for R&D and production. This generator has a wide range of outputs. By default, the analog output (RGB and YPbPr) is output via the VGA connector with a maximum pixel clock of 200MHz. Optionally, analogue composite (PAL and NTSC) is optionally available via a BNC or the S-video output.

In addition, there are also possibilities for digital outputs in the 802BT. For example, there is an HDMI 1.1 output option (also DVI single link), an LVDS ouput option and a single link DVI output option (165MHz). As a special feature there is also a 50 ohm output option for the analogue signals via BNC connections and a special version for the F-16 cockpit displays.

Versatile video generator

All standard TV formats and PC formats are pre-programmed (>200 formats), but if you need a different format, this can easily be created with the format editor. This also applies to the test images. By default these are already more than 200, but you also have the possibility to create your own images in a bitmap format.

Control can be controlled via the standard RS232 interface or the optional GPIB interface.

If you want to work with higher versions of the HDMI standard, please refer to the 804B video generator.
If you want a combination of HDMI, DisplayPort and SDI, the 980R is a possible option.
