Cinergia and Comemso’s solutions make the complex charging processes easy to analyse and test. Communication with an electric vehicle or a charging station can be simulated and analysed. Compliance can be verified against standards, including the four most common charging standards: AC/DC-CCS Type 1 + Type 2, CHAdeMO and GB/T China.

Cinergia’s bi-directional and bipolar regenerative power supplies can be used to test and simulate charging stations and rapid chargers, the built-in charger and battery. This while saving energy and reducing the power consumption of the grid. The power range goes from 7.5kW to 160kW and can be extended by connecting units in series and in parallel. This makes it possible to achieve a flexible set-up that can be configured at any time as required and, if necessary, extended at a later date.

"The ABB Power Grids Jumet organisation is an innovative development and production facility of ABB that manufactures active filters and battery energy storage systems to support a stable grid. To test these systems we have acquired two Cinergia GE/EL +120kVA eplus units capable of doing grid emulation (AC + DC), operating as an electronic load (AC +DC) and being a battery emulator. We have experienced very good support from TTMS in obtaining these two Cinergia units.
