Spectrum M4i.445x-x8 digitizer card

14-bit, 500MS/sec, 2Gsample memory
14-bit 500MS/sec digitizer from Spectrum. Spectrum today launched a new data acquisition card: The M4i.445x-x8. This is a 14-bit 500MS/sec digitizer based on a new platform.
The basis of the M4i cards is a PCI express x8 Gen2 PC interface. This interface guarantees extremely fast data transfer from the card to PC memory.

The new M4i.445x-x8 card comes in 1-, 2- or 4-channel versions and has an analog bandwidth of 250MHz. Input ranges run from ±200mV to ±10V. You can select either a 50 ohm or a 1Mohm input impedance and, of course, AC or DC input coupling. The card has a memory capacity of 2GSamples. Standard today are also the various data acquisition modes such as ABA (sample speed switching) FIFO mode (continuous data storage), segmented recording and gated sampling.

Through a starhub module up to 8 cards can be synchronized creating a 32-channel data acquisition system where all channels are sampled synchronously.SPCM drivers for Windows and Linux are supplied as standard. In addition, software drivers are available for Visual Basic, Borland C++, Visual C++, VB.Net, C#, J# and Delphi. Of course, you can also use the Spectrum SBench 6 software.
